During this office hours, the Data Capacity and CQI TTA team provided a deep dive tutorial into the operational reports along with recommendations for when and how to use each report to support program operations, monitoring, and improvement.

Please contact your grant organization's nFORM site administrator(s) for help with log in issues including resetting passwords and reactivating accounts. Site administrators should leave a voicemail for Mathematica at 844-619-6841 if they are also unable to log into nFORM.

This training session covers creating an nFORM client application, survey administration including completing surveys in group settings, using paper surveys, and administering surveys virtually. The data capacity and CQI TTA team also answers questions from grant staff.
