About the Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood Programs

The Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) programs are discretionary grant programs administered by the Office of Family Assistance (OFA) within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). Grant recipients support strong and stable families through activities that promote healthy marriage and relationships, responsible parenting, and economic stability. OFA also works with ACF's Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation to help grants succeed and to expand understanding of the programs.

This website provides resources to help grants collect data and report on HMRF activities and clients, monitor their performance, and identify and implement program improvements. The site also shares interactive snapshots on the HMRF 2015 grants and the clients they served.
