nFORM and CQI Resources

Explore materials shared at the 2026 HMRF Grantee Conference and National Fatherhood Summit. These resources include (1) presentations on using data and nFORM to monitor program performance, strengthen program operations, and support continuous quality improvement, and (2) posters highlighting findings from the 2020 Responsible Fatherhood cohort. The posters summarize program participation, client characteristics and outcomes, and program operations for Responsible Fatherhood programs serving community fathers and reentering fathers.
