During this session, the Data Capacity and CQI TTA team discussed how programs can use their nFORM and other data to identify and prioritize challenges. We also reviewed how CQI teams can use human-centered design (HCD) activities to drill down on the root causes of challenges.
During this session, the Data Capacity and CQI TTA team reviewed each tab of the nFORM query tool in detail and discussed when and how to use the query tool to support program operations, monitoring, and improvement.
This training provides an introduction to nFORM's data tools including the query tool, operational reports, data export, performance progress report (PPR), and tips for using each. The data capacity and CQI TTA team also answers questions from grant staff.
