August 25, 2026 Data Capacity and CQI Office Hours - Identifying a challenge to address with CQI

During this session, the Data Capacity and CQI TTA team discussed how programs can use their nFORM and other data to identify and prioritize challenges. We will also reviewed how CQI teams can use human-centered design (HCD) activities to drill down on the root causes of challenges.
