During this session, the Data Capacity and CQI TTA team focused on how programs can develop SMART goals to measure the success of an improvement strategy. This session builds on the August 25 CQI office hours, which covered how programs can use nFORM and other data to identify and address challenges. 

During this session, the Data Capacity and CQI TTA team discussed how programs can use their nFORM and other data to identify and prioritize challenges. We also reviewed how CQI teams can use human-centered design (HCD) activities to drill down on the root causes of challenges. 

Webinar discusses developing a road map for improvement, which supports mapping out an improvement strategy and developing learning questions ahead of a road test.
