Introduction to nFORM/CQI

This final session of the training series covers data capacity and CQI supports, kicking off data collection and CQI, and confirming grant year 2 targets. The data capacity and CQI TTA team also answers questions from grant staff.

The nFORM System User Manual was updated in October 2026 to reflect recent system enhancements, ACF guidance, and questions received through the nFORM Help Desk. Key updates include:

• Expanded client population definitions and clarified ACF guidance on supporting individuals (pp. 2–4, 29, 40).
• Added instructions for staff supporting multiple grants (p. 26).
• Clarified duplicate detection procedures (pp. 42-43)
• Clarified workshop attendance reporting for clients enrolled on the same day as a session (pp. 44, 69, 80).
• Updated guidance on recording service contacts, referrals, incentives, and program supports (pp. 104-107)
• Expanded PPR instructions, including completion of the cover page, progress narrative, signature, and submission (pp. 122-127).
• Clarified operational report date filters (p. 130).
• Updated data export and data dictionary guidance and screenshots (pp. 135–147).
• Updated screenshots to reflect changes to DV/IPV screening functionality (throughout).
