  • July 14, 2026 Data Capacity and CQI Office Hours - Using nFORM Operational Reports

    During this office hours, the Data Capacity and CQI TTA team provided a deep dive tutorial into the operational reports along with recommendations for when and how to use each report to support program operations, monitoring, and improvement.

    This is a PDF of the PPR, including the quantitative data tables and qualitative progress narrative questions. This file should serve as a reference only; site administrators must access and complete the PPR from the Reports tab in nFORM. Once the report has been completed, upload the final PDF into Grant Solutions.
